THE QYVRAI METHOD
Agreement × Activity × Invoice → Supported amount
Qyvrai is an independent 3PL invoice control service for ecommerce brands. Every tested amount receives a state. Every conclusion points to evidence.
METHOD v1.0 · LAST UPDATED 2026-09-19
01 — Establish the scope and basis.
The check begins with an agreed scope: the provider, invoice, period and charge types to be tested. The applicable signed agreement, current pricing schedule and amendments establish the commercial basis.
The Control Sheet identifies the supplied documents, the tested period and the method reference. A real check identifies the person responsible for the work.
02 — Check evidence coverage before concluding.
Qyvrai compares the activity file's dates and coverage with the invoice period and the records needed for each charge. A missing period, quantity or underlying document is recorded as a limitation.
An invoice and rate card may establish a contractual rate or arithmetic calculation. Operational quantities require relevant activity evidence. A document's existence does not establish that it covers the whole charge.
03 — Reconcile amounts against their basis.
For each tested amount, Qyvrai compares the agreed charging basis, relevant activity and billed calculation. This can include units, quantities, rates, tiers, minimums and arithmetic where the supplied material supports those tests.
The invoice is a claim to be tested. It is not treated as independent evidence of the activity it bills.
04 — Place each tested amount.
Supported
The charge matches the agreed basis and the recorded activity.
Needs evidence
The charge may be correct, but the available evidence does not establish it.
Conflicts with terms
The amount lacks support in, or conflicts with, the current signed agreement.
Calculation mismatch
The basis is valid, but quantity, tier, rate application or arithmetic does not reconcile.
Not tested
Outside the tested scope or impossible to determine from the supplied material. No conclusion is drawn.
Two of the five states are admissions that Qyvrai does not know: Needs evidence and Not tested. Where the evidence stops, the finding stops.
States apply to amounts, not blindly to whole lines.
SAMPLE DATA · SYNTHETIC REFERENCES
In the sample pick charge, 12,518 first units at an agreed $0.38 establish $4,756.84. The invoice bills $5,507.92. The supported portion is $4,756.84; only the $751.08 difference is a Calculation mismatch.
Qyvrai does not label the entire $5,507.92 charge incorrect. That would overstate the finding. The full sample Control Sheet shows the supported portion and the difference separately.
05 — Issue one sourced Control Sheet.
The sheet records the invoice reference, period, basis documents, tested amounts, evidence references and qualifications. The amounts reconcile to the invoice total; amounts outside a supported conclusion remain explicitly identified.
SAMPLE DATA
The sample invoice totals $48,217.40. The evidence supports $39,412.58; $7,803.82 remains pending evidence or correction. $1,001.00 was not tested and no conclusion is drawn.
All sample figures and contract references are synthetic. They illustrate the method and are not customer results.
A supported invoice is a valid finding.
Qyvrai is not paid by your 3PL and takes no percentage of anything it finds. There is no requirement for the check to produce a lower number. If the tested invoice is fully supported, the sheet records that finding.
The Control Sheet informs your approval decision. It does not authorize payment or resolve a contractual dispute on your behalf.
Apply the method to one invoice.
The First Invoice Check uses your current agreement or rate card, the relevant fulfillment activity and the complete 3PL invoice. Scope is confirmed before the check proceeds.
