The public invoice examples are synthetic sample data. They do not contain a client’s invoice or fulfillment records.

Requesting a check
The request form asks for your name, work email, company and 3PL. Invoice due date, approximate monthly spend and a short note are optional. Provide only context needed to discuss the check.
When the online form is available, submitting it sends these details to Qyvrai through its server-side email service, Resend. Qyvrai receives the request and an acknowledgement is attempted to the address you supply. The form does not accept financial files or payment.
If the form is unavailable, you can email info@qyvrai.com directly. Your email provider then handles that message under its own terms.
Request protection and operational records
The request service uses a signed session token, basic abuse controls and request references to limit repeated submissions. Its short-lived operational records contain request status and provider message references, not invoice documents. Request details are included in the emails needed to handle the inquiry.
The application records request references, timestamps, status and general failure codes for troubleshooting. It does not intentionally log the free-text note. Hosting and email providers may keep their own service records.
If additional anti-abuse verification is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded for the request form. It is not used to hide public reference content from readers.
Documents for a check
The initial inquiry form does not accept invoice files. Before sharing documents, establish the scope and the appropriate submission arrangement with Qyvrai.
Redact personal or customer information that is not necessary to verify the tested charges. Do not send 3PL account passwords or other system credentials.
