Qyvrai provides independent 3PL invoice control. The work compares the supplied invoice with signed terms and relevant fulfillment activity to determine what the evidence supports within the agreed scope.

A supported invoice is a valid result. So are a mismatch, a conflict with terms, a need for further evidence and a stated limit on what was tested.

The First Invoice Check

The published initial offer is $250 USD, a fixed fee for a First Invoice Check. The output is a Qyvrai Invoice Control Sheet for the agreed scope, returned within 3 business days after complete files are received.

Scope, file completeness and arrangements for the work must be established before the check. Submitting a request does not confirm an engagement, submit payment or guarantee a particular finding.

Qyvrai is not paid by your 3PL and takes no percentage of anything it finds.

What a determination means

A conclusion applies to the evidence and scope identified in the control sheet. Missing records, incomplete periods or material outside that scope can limit the conclusion.

A control sheet supports the approval decision. It does not initiate payment, change your agreement with the provider or resolve a commercial dispute on its own.

Sample material

All example invoice values, activity, document identifiers, agreement clauses and determinations are synthetic. They demonstrate the method; they are not client results, savings claims or legal authority.

The sample is not a determination about your invoice and must not be used to approve an actual payment.

Sharing documents

Only provide documents you are entitled to share for the check. Remove personal or customer information that is not needed for verification, while preserving the evidence needed to test the charges.

No 3PL credentials or software integration are required for the first check.
